"While riding from Illinois to Charleston, my Road Star Venture developed mechanical problems. I dropped off the bike on Sunday and contacted the service department on Monday. They were very understanding and cooperative by obtaining the non-stock parts required and scheduling the necessary repairs before my departure on Friday.
